Native to: Southwestern United States and Mexico
Hardiness: Greenhouse pot plant.
Germination: Germinate at 21 to 24?C (70 to 75?F). Keep soil slightly moist and well lighted. Germination takes approximately 60 days, except for ?Greased Lightning? which germinates in about one week. 6cm (2-1/4in.) pots can be produced in 9 to 12 months; however, all cactus seedlings must be one year old before assuming their typical shape.

All Cactus seeds are collected from natural populations throughout the southwestern United States. We maintain an inventory of at least one year?s requirements to protect against short supply.
