Native to: The Mediterranean to Central Asia
Hardiness: Hardy annual under the British System.
Seed Count: 332 seeds per gram (3.012g/Ms).
Germination: Germinate at 13 to 16?C (55 to 60?F). Cover seed, Germinates in 2 to 3 weeks.
Description:
Prefers a cool climate and full sun. Can be sown directly into the garden as soon as the soil is workable, or can be sown in the fall for earlier flowers next summer. Can also be started indoors, 6 to 8 weeks before planting out. Beautiful, long flower pikes are an outstanding cut flower, for both home garden and professional use.
